Gives very good support and maintains it's shape. I Will definitely buy this support again. It is Very comfortable to wear.

I gave this for a gift to someone suffering from sciatica and back pain. He had the less invasive back surgery to correct a bulging disc but it didn't work and he still has pain. So far he seems to think it is helping and he looks happier and less agitated.

I have multiple back problems. This belt, which is quite wide, provides a lot of support and warmth for those of you who also have an arthritic back. Bought this second one in my size, small, and it fits perfectly.

The first support I bought was slightly large, although wearable. I bought it one size larger because of the reviews stating it ran somewhat smaller than advertised. Not true for me.

This purchase was for my grandmother and she is so happy with it. She has issues with her back and this really brings her comfort during the day. She actually wears it daily and doesn't complain about her back when she wears it. Great quality and lifesaver!

Hoping it helps my back, as it feels much better doing anything, even sleeping, with it on.
